offer to our customers assembling of electronic equipment
and of electric wiring. In fact, we have an automatic cut
and peel machine.

Each
of our products is checked in accordance with the most severous
standard of IPC A610 international normative. On request,
we can carry out the electronic functional test of every
board or assembly.

ENTRY |
Drawing of electrical
scheme, with standard or custom format. We have a library
containing up to 60.000 components. Net-list generation for
PCB design and simulation.

DESIGN |
Design and engineering
of single-side, double-side and multi-layer printed circuit
board. With new generation software (Protel DXP 7.0).
The
design is executed by means of sofisticated autorouter, or
manually, in the case of complex circuits, like analogic or
power circuits.

| CIRCUIT
SIMULATION |
We can make, for each circuit, the full functional analogical
and digital simulation. Our software use an advanced version
of Berkekey SPICE3f5/Xspice.

| PRELIMINARY
STUDY |
Preliminary study of lighting system of
railways, underground and tram cars, with conceptual drawings
and lighting calculations. We can make the mock-up.

Design of the lighting
system (electronic and electromechanical design) with release
of technical drawings by means of ACAD 2000 and CATIA V5 for
tridimensional design. Study and design of Matrix and Mould.

Manufacturing
of lighting system, with electronic ballast for lighting the
fluorescent lamps. Manufacturing of alogen or led spot for
particular purposes.

The design is made in accordance to a project plan approved
by our customer. In this plan we define the requirements,
the normative, the applicable laws and the acceptance standards.
Every project can be equipped with reliability analisys, NTBF
calculation, functional software simulation and naturally,
with the technical documentation, in accordance to our standard
or to customer standard.

| FIRMWARE
DESIGN |
Design and
development of firmware for microcontroller and microprocessor
circuits. The firmware is developed in assembler, in the case
of real time controls, when the execution speed is the main
requirement, or in C language in the other cases.
All our firmware are modular, cycle type, with particular
caution to reliability and maintenance factors. |
