The company was born in the year 1987, and it has produced for 15 years electronic boards for other companies. In the July 2002 it became limited company and increased its facilities, creating three interacting units.
At the same time it was increased their services and products range, as design development, electronic and electromechanical systems production for professional markets such as railways, aeronautical and medical. To simplify company structure, in the 2006 year, the Frosinone facility was incorporate in the Latina facility.

In the railways market, S.A.E. has received in the last years, important orders for design and production of lighting systems for railway cars. In this way S.A.E. became a primary italian company in its markets.
